Chair of Board

Shainal is passionate about improving the lives of our communities, particularly our vulnerable community members.

Shainal is a doctor, with over a decade of clinical experience.   Shainal works in healthcare strategy and advisory services.   He has a background as a mental health clinician, lecturer and researcher.

Shainal has a broad range of experience as a management consultant, focusing on healthcare strategy and operations.

Shainal is currently the Principal Clinical Advisor for Australia and New Zealand for a global technology company.  Shainal is passionate about improving the lives of our communities, particularly our vulnerable community members.

Sarah Conron

Vice Chair

Sarah is a senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in general management, consulting and corporate wellbeing and performance. Through two decades in professional consulting, Sarah has helped a large number of organisations to build excellent working cultures, through the development of high performing sales and leadership teams.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Property) from RMIT University and a Masters of Business Administration for the University of North London. She is a member of the AICD, sits on the Board of Wesley College and has been a member of the Sacred Heart Mission Member of the Women for Women Committee for 15 years.

Paul Garry (Treasurer)

Paul is an experienced senior executive with expertise in financial management and operational risk, gained predominantly within the financial and professional services sectors.

Paul has previously served as member of a number of not-for-profit Boards in the social and community services sector.

Paul is a BA (Hons) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Paul has lived in the City of Port Phillip since arriving in 1984.

Tony Hill

Tony is a solicitor and principal of McCluskys Lawyers of Port Melbourne. His principal practice areas are property and commercial law. Tony has been most active in the local community, being the inaugural President of the Port Melbourne Business Association. This association raised over $1 million to develop Bay Street by widening footpaths, tree plantings and rezoning for retail.

Vicki Davidson

Vicki Davidson

Board Member

Vicki is a management consultant specialising in service improvement and stakeholder engagement. She holds an honours degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Economics. She has been a member of several private, public and not-for-profit Boards in the health and community service sectors. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Vicki has lived in St Kilda for the last 10 years and her mother was a resident at Emerald Hill until 2018.
