Cindy Shay

Chief Executive Officer

Cindy has more than 20 years of experience across the health care sector. She is an experienced CEO in leading organisations through change.

Her appointments have included Group Executive Dorevitch Pathology,  Executive Director of Partnerships and Innovation at Bupa, Group Executive of Provider Relations at Medibank, Chief Benefits officer HCF, CEO of a group of Private hospitals and aged care providers.

She mentors a number of start ups in the health and care sector.

Thuy Huynh Reilly

Chief Financial Officer

Thuy has specialised in the aged care industry during the last decade and joined the CaSPA Care finance department in September 2014.

Thuy leads the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial information to management and the board of directors.

Thuy has two decades of financial experience ranging across IT, manufacturing and aged care sectors. During this time, she has enjoyed the challenge of developing policies and procedures to improve productivity.

Beena Maharjan

Acting Director of Nursing

Beena brings over a decade of experience in aged care and nursing leadership to her role as Acting Director of Nursing at CaSPA Care. Having progressed through a number of nursing roles within the organisation, from Nurse Mentor,  Care Coordinator, Clinical Care Coordinator, IPC Lead, AN-ACC Coordinator and now Acting Director of Nursing, she brings a deep understanding of our residents, staff, and community.

Since joining CaSPA Care in 2015, Beena has consistently demonstrated her commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care. Her leadership is underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of clinical governance, risk management, infection prevention, and contemporary aged care practices. She is passionate about supporting staff to uphold the highest standards of care, while fostering an environment of dignity, respect, and cultural understanding for all residents.

Beena holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the Australian Catholic University, along with qualifications in aged care, nursing, and infection prevention and control. Her hands-on experience and dedication to excellence continue to ensure the well-being, safety, and satisfaction of residents at Emerald Hill and South Port.

Quality Manager

Cindy joined CaSPA Care March 2016.

Cindy has more than 15 years’ experience in nursing in Aged Care and 10 years’ in Sub-Acute / Rehabilitation Settings.

Cindy has held a number of various position over the years as Clinical Support Nurse, Preceptor, Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Care Manager.

Cindy’s passion is to always provide the best quality of care to each resident according to their needs and preferences.

Tina Yemettas

Head of Operations

Tina has over 20 years of experience across the health, aged care, and not-for-profit sectors. She is an experienced operational leader, with a strong focus on workforce, compliance, communication and service delivery.

Her previous roles include Chief of Staff at the Australian Psychological Society and senior finance positions at Yamaha, Hitachi, and APS. She joined CaSPA Care in 2021 and currently leads key operational functions, including human resources, compliance, facilities, and organisational communication.

Tina is committed to leading continuous process improvement and fostering a collaborative, resident-focused culture that empowers staff and supports high-quality care.
