We collect information directly from residents, families, staff, and authorised representatives.
This includes personal details such as contact information, health records, care preferences, and emergency contact details.

We only use personal information for purposes directly related to providing care, managing operations, or meeting legal requirements.

Information is stored securely and protected against unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.
