Notice of Resignation of Auditor

In accordance with s 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd formally resigned as the auditor of Claremont & South Port Aged Care Ltd (the Company).

StewartBrown has provided consent per s328A of the Corporations Act 2001 to be appointed the auditor of the Company and has confirmed that it has the necessary resources to complete the statutory obligations.

The change in auditor follows a competitive tender process for audit services.

The Australian Securities and Investment Commission has given consent to the resignation and under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001, the resignation shall take effect from 4 May 2022.
