Jenny Spence works at reception in the Emerald Hill Residence commencing her day early at 7am.

This is a busy and demanding role with many people and things competing for Jenny’s attention. Organising staff, workmen and visitors coming through the main door, answering the phone which never seems to stop ringing, inevitable paperwork which needs completing: However, throughout all this Jenny always has time for a smile and chat with residents and family.
