Christmas has been celebrated in style at Emerald Hill Residence and South Port. Seven parties in total have been held to mark the festive season in each household.
The houses were decked out in Christmas decorations and entertainment was provided by in-house musician Kerryn, who sang and danced to Christmas favourites including; Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, White Christmas and Silent Night. Staff did not spare an effort and looked amazing in Christmas shirts and some even dressed up as elves.
Partygoers feasted on house-made food, with a menu customised for each party. Menu items included; fruit mince pies, apple slice, Eric’s famous gingerbread, Greek specialties (in house six and South Port), Christmas cake, chocolate cake, hot savouries, and Mukhtar’s acclaimed profiteroles.
South Port looked amazing thanks to the decorating efforts of Tommy. A smorgasbord of food was provided and everyone enjoyed some dancing.
There was an excellent turnout of residents, family and friends, which ensure the day was truly special for residents. Many guests also contributed and brought delicious treats to share.
